Sovereign Empowerment

Private Educational Consultation Agreement

Version 2.0 · Effective 18 August 2026
Plain-English summary: This is a private 60-minute educational conversation for a litigant in person. It is not legal representation and does not include any reserved legal activity. You remain responsible for your decisions, documents, deadlines and proceedings.

1. The consultation

The £55 payment reserves a 60-minute private Zoom consultation with Gavin at Sovereign Empowerment. The consultation is educational and informational. Its purpose is to help you understand the documents, chronology, legislation, procedure, evidence and possible routes relevant to the situation you describe.

The discussion may include publicly available legislation, procedural rules, judgments, correspondence, court paperwork, enforcement processes, evidence, templates and questions that a litigant in person may wish to investigate.

2. What is not provided

Gavin is not acting as your solicitor, barrister, authorised litigator or legal representative. The consultation does not create a solicitor-client relationship and does not provide legal representation, regulated financial advice, debt counselling or a guaranteed result.

No reserved legal activity is provided. In particular, Gavin will not:

3. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking your facts, evidence and deadlines and for deciding what to do. You are responsible for your own correspondence, documents, filing, service, hearings and compliance with any order or procedural requirement. You should obtain advice from an authorised legal professional whenever you require legal advice or representation.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Nothing said during the consultation guarantees that an enforcement action, claim, debt, liability order, warrant, demand, application or proceeding will be stopped, withdrawn, defeated or resolved. Outcomes depend on the facts, documents, law, procedure and decisions of third parties, courts and public bodies.

5. Privacy and recording

The consultation is intended to be private and confidential. You must not record, livestream, publish, upload or distribute the consultation or private communications without prior written agreement. This does not prevent a disclosure required by law, court order, regulatory obligation, safeguarding duty or criminal investigation, or disclosure reasonably required to obtain independent legal advice about your own position.

6. Booking, cancellation and performance

Payment is collected when the appointment is booked. The booking page displays the available times and applicable cancellation or rescheduling window. If you request an appointment that takes place within 14 days of booking, you expressly request that the service be supplied during that period. Once the consultation has been fully performed, any statutory cancellation right may be affected. Nothing in this agreement excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Further support

The consultation does not create an ongoing support arrangement. If you later request document education, research assistance, case organisation or other litigant-in-person support, its scope, boundaries and contribution must be separately assessed and agreed in writing. Any such agreement must preserve your responsibility for your own litigation and exclude reserved legal activity.

8. Acceptance

By ticking the agreement box during booking, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, have had the opportunity to read these terms, understand the educational scope and limitations of the consultation, and agree to be bound by this version of the agreement.
